We spoke to many young people in your situation about what they would have wanted to know when they were first getting their head around things, or what advice they would give to someone in their position. FG shut, Lagos independent bridge for two month

The Federal Government has announced the closure of the Independence Bridge (Marina bound) starting April 1 for essential maintenance and rehabilitation works. The Federal Controller of Works, Lagos, Mrs Olukorede Kesha, made this known in a statement on Monday in Lagos. She explained that the bridge would remain closed until the end of May 2025 h e said, “The closure will affect traffic traveling from Ahmadu Bello Way and Adeola Odeku towards Marina, Eko Bridge, and Onikan by Zone 2. “Kesha advised motorists to plan their journeys accordingly and use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion during the repair period.” She apologised for any inconvenience the closure might cause and thanked the public for their understanding and cooperation as the government worked to ensure the safety and stability of the road infrastructure

The ‘Secure The Bag’ hitmaker said he has never been in a relationship because he doesn’t believe that a lady can genuinely love and be faithful to him. He said if he finds someone who is loyal, he will give love a chance but doubts the possibility of such a perfect relationship. Bauchi police arrest business man

Police in Bauchi State arrested a businessman named Nuru Isah for beating his 24-year-old wife, Wasila Abdulahi, to death. The couple argued over food and fruits meant for breaking the Ramadan fast. The incident happened on Saturday night in the Fadamam Mada area of Bauchi State. According to the Bauchi State Police spokesperson, Ahmed Wakil, the incident occurred on the 3rd of February, 2025. Nuru Isah, a 50-year-old man who works at Central Market Bauchi, got into a fight with Wasila, his second wife. The argument started over how to handle the Ramadan food. Things got out of hand, and Nuru used a cane to hit Wasila until she fell unconscious. She was rushed to ATBU Teaching Hospital, but doctors confirmed she had died. Police quickly arrested Nuru after getting the report. They found the cane he allegedly used and kept it as evidence. Wasila’s body was taken to the mortuary for an autopsy. Tragic discovery of lifeless newborn at federal University keshere

 Keshere, March 11, 2025 – A heartbreaking incident unfolded this morning at Federal University, Keshere, when students and where passing by the discovered the lifeless body of a newborn near a waste bin close to the student campus. According to eyewitness accounts, the gruesome sight was found at approximately 8:00 AM, leaving many deeply shaken.
